This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

Take Interstate 278.

Get off at the exit for Roosevelt Avenue.

Head west.

The Application Support Center is on the right.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

By Bus: Take the Q-32 bus to Roosevelt Avenue in Queens.

The bus stops in front of the Application Support Center.

By Subway: Take the number 7 train to the 61st Street station. Or, take the ''E'' or ''F'' train to Roosevelt Avenue and 74th Street. Transfer to the number ''7'' train to Manhattan.

Get off at 61st Street.

By Long Island Railroad: If you take the Long Island Railroad, get off at Woodside Station.
