大家好！ADCONNECTS 是位于纽约曼哈顿华尔街附近的广告公司， 2017年因业务拓展需要，现诚招实习生： 【实习生岗位： Account Executive 】 岗位描述： The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to drive and grow new business revenue from advertisers and their agencies by aligning their marketing objectives with a niche and highly engaged audience-Asian Americans. This is a high-velocity, client-facing sales role requiring deep industry expertise, relationships and a proven ability for closing digital advertising deals. The ideal candidates are the ones who have ethnic background, i.e. Asian Americans, or professionals who had the similar work experience in the past. The right candidate is aggressive, creative, and resourceful and must enjoy working in a highly entrepreneurial environment. The position requires outstanding sales and communication skills to develop and maintain advertising relationships. • Responsible for the sale of marketing packages to clients targeting ethnic groups especially Asian Americans • Aggressively pitch new business － Client direct and their digital agencies • Understand the challenges that clients face and demonstrate how the company’s marketing products can help to solve them. • Actively engage in business development activities, including attending trade shows, sales meetings and workshops. • Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs • Maintain pipeline of forecasted opportunities. • Meet or exceed defined sales quota. • Work with Advertising Operations to ensure the client's needs are met • Work with Finance team to ensure client payments are remitted • Stay current with online advertising trends and innovations Base salary with aggressive commission structure 岗位要求： 1.      The applicants mush have obtained working permits in the US already 2.      Bachelor degree, prefer Master degree 3.      Business / Sales  background 4.      English speaking and writing 5.      Skill requirement: Office/Outlook       请对我们的岗位有兴趣的同学将简历投至邮箱nicole@adconnects.com，我们将在收到简历后两周内筛选简历并与您取得联系。谢谢!
