房间是$450/月，在Jersey City，2017年8月4日可以入住，最少住3个月起，也就是至少住到11月4日。
房子位置很安全，交通也很便利：有Bus直接去NYC, Path站，超市等，走路可以去坐Light Rail。
拎包入住，家具齐全，房间里有衣橱，queensize大床，桌椅和台灯等
房内有厨房丶客厅丶后院以及洗衣机和烘干机可供使用。
本house禁止吸烟丶禁止毒品。
以下是房东奶奶的房间英文介绍，奶奶不说中文。房东太太只限一个人住进来，不可以是couple一对的，最好是一个女孩儿。
I have a room available 4 blocks from New Jersey City University.
$450 monthly with a loft bed, small fridge & sofa, & possible TV if needed. It's airy, has a closet, AC & heat.
Included in your rent is full use of laundry facilities & kitchen & storage space in one of our many fridges.
I do some catering out of here so you may even find delicious food in the fridge with your name on it…..no guarantees.
We are fairly close to the light rail & very close to the bus that takes you directly to NYC. 5 houses from Kennedy Blvd.
Atmosphere is relaxed & friendly. Car may be available for use for an additional fee.
