1. Financial Analyst
Introduction:
We are working with a Real Estate firm that is looking to hire someone directly that has potential to grow professionally. This role will be good for someone that has a Finance, Audit, or Accounting background and wants to be in a more data/analytical role. This data driven role will help the team tell their Human Resources team tell a financial story.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prepare trend analysis on headcount, termination trends, employee demographics and time to fill open requisitions
- Perform variance analysis on payroll
- Review and manage the Stock Compensation Plan
- Research compensation trends and provide insight for the future.
- Ad hoc reporting and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business related field
- 1 year(s) or more in accounting/finance/audit or related field
- Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel

2.Financial Analyst
Introduction:
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join a growing team. As an integral part of the team, the Financial Analyst will support the Finance Department with account analysis, reconciliations, performance reports, annual budgets, forecasts as well as much more! This contract, Associate level role works on a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in their downtown Manhattan office.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) considering company’s goals and financial standing
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis
- Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models
- Identify trends, advise company, and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field
- Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Very strong knowledge of Excel and comfortable working with large amounts of data from different sources.
- Excellent financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with multi currencies and companies a plus

3. Data Analyst
Introduction:
Our company is in need of a data analyst to enable data-driven decision-making and in-time health monitoring of WiFi and Mobile products by building and deploying product and feature-specific analytics capabilities. You will support product teams with the complex design, development and implementation of automated reporting and dashboards. You will have the opportunity to build complex ad hoc reports and analytics. The end result will be robust analytics for measuring product health, usage and customer value.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Design, develop, and implement complex reports and analytics
- Very Strong SQL
- Be able to write and do code reviews
- Strong communication and collaboration
- Ability to help others when needed instead of just delegating tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expertly use analytical tools to provide insight and make recommendations

4. Software Engineer
Introduction:
We are seeking a Software Engineer for an opportunity to work for an industry leader whose programs have a positive impact on insurance and healthcare. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying system solutions, including web applications and system interfaces. You will work closely with other company business staff, internal IT staff, and external vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 years of front-end development (e.g., Javascript, jQuery, HTML, XSL, including experience with a Javascript framework, ) and back-end development in Python and Django and RESTful services design, development, and implementation.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) is beneficial.
- Strong commitment to customer service, quality, and working in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and organization, time management and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with the business team, business systems analyst and other IT staff to provide effective technical designs aligning with development best practices.
- Document and define system design and specifications. Develop applications and RESTful APIs to meet those design specifications.
- Partner with internal business units, internal IT staff, and external system vendors for design, implementation, and integration of new and/or upgraded software systems.
- Ensure a high level of quality through design and implementation of unit, system integration, and load testing. Write tests for existing and created code to ensure compatibility and stability.
- Provide orientation, training, and troubleshooting services to end users and to other IT staff
- Create troubleshooting and application knowledgebase documentation
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

5.Quantitative Analyst
Introduction:
The Quantitative Analyst will work in collaboration with analysts, traders and portfolio managers in a fast-paced environment. They will be a significant contributor to internal risk systems and portfolio monitoring tools by supporting the investment teams. The Quantitative Analyst will present analysis to the investment team in a clear and concise manner. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for quantitative research and insight generation.
Job Functions
- Develop and maintain analytical solutions to scrutinize large data sets
- Manage and improve the fund’s infrastructure, including tools for portfolio and risk management, counterparty exposures and market analysis
- Conduct surveillance of investment positions and track evolving risk factors
- Support portfolio managers by carrying out top-down and bottom-up research across multiple investment markets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and empirical research experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, MatLab or VBA; knowledge about C /C# is a plus
- Experience working with large datasets/databases
- Solid understanding of risk management.
- Strong research skills, including ability to problem solve creatively
- Ability to prioritize time and tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to present analysis clearly and effectively
