很好的位置，很干净，友好的工作人员。还有漂亮的健身中心。附近餐馆很多，靠近星巴克和中央公园，地铁口就在公寓楼下，很方便。

地段很好的公寓，健身房和游泳池很小。每年除了租金上涨以外，其他还是很好的

这个公寓很吵，也不保持干净，除了涨房租，物业什么都不干。电梯一星期至少坏一次，要做好提前20分钟出门的准备，避免被关在电梯里。

很好的门卫，很干净的公寓。缺点是因为靠近10街，很吵。价格也贵，主要是上涨的厉害。

带宠物还要另付钱，水电煤气都要自己付，公寓很好，但是因为有宠物，不打算租这里

很喜欢这里，但是也不得不搬走，每年的租金上涨真是象抢钱一样。额外的水费也是太高，物业太黑了
