What we do: As a government contractor, we are looking for a program manager or manager assistant, who will be performing home inspections, developing energy efficiency plans, and implementing upgrade projects. The ideal candidate shall be a motivated individual who is willing to learn and get dirty. He should feel comfortable in both office and field environment. Field work may include testing, verifying, marketing, home visiting, sometimes work in a dusty attic space. He should be able to work with our engineers, government agents, as well as construction crews. Training is provided for all needed skills, as well as certification/license. Work include but not limited to: Perform local community advertisement Program consultation and application Home inspection, modeling, and related calculation Creating reports and contracts Managing construction crew and equipment Performing home improvement work
