共4个卧室，1个带淋浴的大卫生间（一层）和1个不带淋浴的小卫生间（二层），带独立车库。占地面积为40X100英尺，在森林小丘属于很大的独栋占地，如果你开车，停车也很方便。房间10几个平米左右大，比其他几个房间略小一些，里面已有前面住户（中国留学生）留下的床和基本家具，自己需要配置的不多，万一需要旁边就有Home Depot很方便购置。纽约市最好的公立学校之一144小学就在马路对面，学校的操场丶篮球场和儿童游乐场常年对住户开放，意味着你或孩子每天都可以到这个安全的后花园去玩耍丶跑步晨练丶打篮球。
走路到Forest Hills地铁站E/F快车只需10分钟，如果雨雪天不想走路，马路对面就是Q23路公交车，5分钟直达森林小丘地铁站。E/F快车20分钟三站即达曼哈顿。
特色是地下室的酒吧，独一无二，为你的闲暇时间带来闲情雅致。房屋状况很好，没有任何下水或漏水或电力问题。可以很省心。

One large spare room available in my own house located at the prestigious neighborhood of Van Court in Forest Hills, one of the most desired\safest place to live in Queens. The owner is a professional from China, who does not live in this house yet. This four-bedroom 1.5-bathroom house comes with a detached garage and a large lot of 40X100 square feet, with ample space for parking your car. PS 144, one of the top rated primary schools in NYC, lies just across the street, with the school playground/basketball field open to play all year round.
The house is a 10-minute walk away from express train E/F, which commutes to Manhattan in merely 25 minutes after only 3 stops. A bus line (Q23) to the Forest Hills Subway Station has a stop just across the street, so you can always get to the E/F express train by bus in just 5 minutes.
Your room has basic furniture left over by the previous tenant, a Chinese student in NYU. In case you need to buy your own, there is a Home Depot close by. You share the Internet and utilities fees with the other three tenants, which runs about $90 in total per month according to their usage record in the past year.
