Responsibilities:
Work with Corporate Development Team to develop an investment thesis for various strategies, neighborhoods, and/or asset classesSource new real estate investments including building partnership with local developers and attending relevant conferences and networking eventsPrepare in-depth feasibility research and analysis for potential investmentsOrganize detailed industry, business and financial due diligence on prospective investmentsDevelop perpetual pipeline of prospective investments that meet the business plan and long term strategyMaintain community and neighborhood market knowledge to target prospects consistent with investor requirementsProvide creative strategic advice on positioning projects against the competitive set and market trendsMay work in NY, NY or Boston, MA
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or related fields5+ years of experiences with real estate investmentMust be familiar with the local real estate market － the bay areaStrong leadership, problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must
