Client Support Specialist - Merchant Services
We offer merchant services customer service and technical support in Korean and Chinese. Bilingual and Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Korean and English language skills are required for this position.
Reliance Star Payment Services is looking for a tech-savvy, Korean and Chinese speaking merchant services client support specialist to join our growing team.
· Provide customers, sales agents, and clients with courteous customer service and technical support in person or over the phone
· Retain present customers and develop new business from existing customers by extending professional and efficient service and suggesting additional services and products to serve customers’ needs.
· Answer technical questions on use and implementation of credit card terminals and POS system in a timely and professional manner.
