Bilingual (Mandarin) Client Support Analyst
Argus Merchant Services a fast growing, New
York City based merchant service provider, with more than 15 years of
experiences in e-commerce industry. We are looking for talented individuals to
join us in the exciting journey of exploring diverse opportunities. We are actively recruiting career-minded individuals with a
strong work ethic to provide customer support to our merchant population came
from diverse cultural background.

Compensation: $10.00 -
$15.00 depends on experience
Summary:
Serve as the point of contact for all support aspects with customers, sales representatives,
and other external processing offices.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
-Answer 40-50 calls a day
-Accurately identify
problems and provide timely resolutions
-Ability to develop a strong understanding of customers business needs and
apply solutions
-Provide excellent customer service by; being professional, troubleshooting,
resolving issues, follow-up and providing customer feedback
-Effectively present information and respond to questions from clients,
customers, and management
-Accurately document all communication with users in a timely manner via system
tools
-Ensure that issues are escalated appropriately to internal departments and
management
-Establish effective working relationships with managers and co-workers to
ensure excellent information flow and feedback on process, policy, and any
other changes that will affect all stakeholders
-Work on various special projects as needed
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Skills:
-Must be able to converse
in Mandarin/Cantonese AND English fluently
-Must be able to work on,
Saturday 9.00 - 7.00 PM (once every 1-2 months) and second shift 12.00 noon to
9.00 PM (several days on a monthly basis)
-Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics or a
related field preferred/ Equivalent work experience in Banking or Financial
industry
-Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, reporting and
business correspondence
-Basic mathematical skills
-Resourceful, fact finder and ability to draw valid conclusions
-Courteous, professional, patient
-Strong negotiation skills
-Excellent and creative problem solving skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Accountable and responsible
-Attendance and
punctuality is mandatory
-Strong basic computer skills, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office products (Word,
Excel, Power Point)
-Interested in new
technology
-Ability to work in a team, call center environment
