Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively process all incoming calls in a professional, friendly and timely manner
- Proactively communicate with customers to resolve problems and concerns in a courteous, professional and timely manner
- Provide customers consistent and quality service in accordance with company procedure
- Enter and process orders
- Assist marketing department with the planning of events, conference calls, newsletter, presentations and invitations
- Perform various additional administrative functions as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a related filed
- Working experience in direct selling industry is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese. Be proficient in both written and verbal English is a must. Knowing other languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
