Job title: HR Manager/ Specialist
Core Expectations & Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for an HR Manager based in Cranbury, NJ to oversee and support HR initiatives and processes. The right candidate for this role will help to develop our HR systems, including but not limited to recruitment, Staffing, Benefits, Compensation, Training, and Employee Relations. The position requires a broad HR background, bilingual skills (Mandarin and English), and cultural aware.
Major Responsibilities:
• Work with key stakeholders (employees, managers, payroll, benefits resources, etc.) to make overall plans of Human Resources development.
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for the company
• Develop and implement employee orientation, retention and recognition programs
• Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, employee in compliance with firm policies and procedures
• Lead and oversee the overall HR Internal Control System and HR Audit activities
• Consult with legal counsel as appropriate on employment and personnel matters
• Ensure that all federal, state, local laws and corporate HR-related compliance matters are proactively managed
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s Degree preferred;
• 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role, and familiarity with applicable local, national, and international employment and labor laws
• Experience with applications and operations of HRIS software, such as ADP
• General working knowledge of all HR disciplines required
• Excellent communication skills, including meeting facilitation, interpersonal, networking and negotiating skills
• Language required: Mandarin and English; Spanish is a plus
Compensation Package:
• H1B sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates.
• Our qualified candidates will have 3 months’ probation, salary and other benefit will depend on experience.
