As a professional manufacturer in producing diesel gensets and engineering mechanical equipment, PowerLink works in design, manufacturing and distribution of diesel genset, air compressor and lighting tower and offering relevant after-sales services. From various field sets to residential sets, and from industrial sets to commercial portable sets, PowerLink works in the international field of electrical equipment and air compressors with “perfect combination of innovative design and superior performance”; from mines, deserts to plateaus, and from commerce, residence to industry, military and aerospace, PowerLink can provide you with open gensets, soundproof gensets and air compressors covering a full power range. Owing to R&D team’s diligent works and advanced systems of the company, PowerLink gensets cover a power range from 1-2200KVA and are able to be used under harsh environments and high-altitude areas, featuring by good reliability and strong durability.
Our products possess a number of national patents, meeting many national and international standards. PowerLink strictly implements the requirements of ISO9001:2000 quality management system and the products have to go through strict testing prior to been ready for dispatch, ensuring reliable quality assurance of each dispatched machine.

Our company has more than 100 R & D engineers who are working in Shanghai, UK and Australia. PowerLink adopts advanced engineering mechanical product design and management platform, which enables our staff around the word to work at the same platform and communicate in time. 任职要求：
1．男女不限，大学以上学历，28-40岁
2．三年以上具有空气压缩机丶柴油发电机组等设备行业经验或做过其他工程机械及装备产品的销售丶服务经验
3．语言：汉语和英语；
4．擅长与人沟通，办公自动化熟练
5．性格开朗丶踏实，认真心细，会驾驶
Job Requirements:
1.Male or female, University degree or above, 28-40 years old;
2.At least three years’ sales and service experience in engineering machinery and mechanical equipment products, such as air compressor and diesel generating sets;
3.Language: Chinese and English;
1.Good at interpersonal communication, skilled user of MS office;
2.Be open-minded, able to work conscientiously and carefully, driving license;
岗位职责：
1．理解并带领销售团队坚决执行公司统一的销售政策，积极努力完成公司在北美的销售任务
2．管理销售团队严格执行公司制定的销售操作流程及行为准则
3．监督并保证销售人员认真做好日志表丶周意向表，积极完成工作，完成公司新产品在北美的市场开拓；
4．按照公司要求定期进行老客户的回访，及时反映客户的要求丶抱怨，提高客户的忠诚度
5．广泛收集市场信息，为公司应对市场变化提供决策依据
6．与客户建立良好关系，维护品牌和公司形象
7．完成公司安排的其他工作
Responsibilities:
1.Lead sales team to implement the company’s sales policy, make active efforts to accomplish sales targets in North America;
2.Take charge of management of the sales team by strictly implementing PowerLink sales operation procedure in accordance with code of conduct;
3.Supervise the work of sales staff, make sure that they would take Log Table and Weekly Intension List seriously, actively accomplish work tasks and the promotion of new products in North American market;
4.Pay return visits regularly to existing customers as required by the company, timely reflect the requirements and complaints of customers for increasing customer loyalty;
5.Collect useful market information as much as possible with the purpose of providing basis for decision making of the company;
6.Establish good relationship with customers, maintain brand and corporate image;
7.Accomplish other work assigned by the company;
