We are seeking a passionate Internal Sales Representative to join our team. As a leading family business in the manufacturing industry, you’ll be responsible for representing our premium products to local businesses. By demonstrating the advantages and outstanding performance capabilities of our products, Sales Representatives will drive company revenue and your own career with a fun and challenging work environment.
***Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Taking orders from phone, fax, email, and walk-in customers
· Answer customer’s questions about product features, prices, availability, and credit terms.
· Analyze customer’s’ needs and recommend proper products to the customer
· Draw simple auto-CAD graphics and present it to the customers
· Enter orders accurately into our order processing software
· Follow up with production department to ensure timely execution of customer orders
· Coordinate with shipping department to arrange deliveries
· Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
***Requirements:
· Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English
· Associate degree or above
· Computer savvy
· Eagerness to learn and improve
· Attention to details
· Excellent communication skills
· Quick reaction and good memory
· Customer-centric mindset
***Preferred but not required:
· Previous experience in CAD graphics charting, or other related fields is a big plus
· Excel graphing and charting
· Technical (Science, Engineering) major
