Room 1: Move in December 15th till indefinite (e.g. 1 to 2 years or more or less)
Room 2: Move in January 1st till January 31st (1 month)
I live in the Upper East Side on 82nd Street. I am Chinese American
As you can see from the pictures attached, the apartment gets ample sunlight and has very nice cabinet finishing in the kitchen and bathroom. In addition, there is a lot of storage space. There is a bathtub with great water pressure and the bathroom sink has ample counter space. The apartment has a total of three bedrooms.

There are only 2 flights of stairs to the apartment. There is a CVS drugstore right across the street, a supermarket less than one block away. The laundry mat is 20 feet from the apartment building.

The area has many nice restaurants around my area with central park (museums, especially Metropolitan museum) and the east river boardwalk only a few avenue blocks away.

The apartment is a few blocks from the 4,5,6 trains and from the 86th, 79th street crosstown buses.

IMPORTANT: As I am quiet, considerate and respectful, I am looking for roommates who are the same.

I am male in my late 20s (recently graduated) and the girl living here is also in her 20s as a graduate student at NYU. She's leaving for January so her room's available for one month.
The price of the room will be between $760 - $770 per room including utilities.
