Summary:The Marketing Graphic Designer at Universal Processing is designed to design the creative assets we provide to our clients (small-to-medium size merchants) through various digital marketing platforms with the goal of increasing their top lines.
Main Responsibilities:- Contact and converse with merchants to identify marketing needs and suggest promotional campaigns
- In conjunction with client needs, establish digital marketing campaigns and targets and create digital marketing strategies to increase merchants' revenue, including but not limited to type design and edit graphics contents
- Maintain a flexible and collaborative process to support the implementation of design revisions based on merchants' feedback
- Work with Digital Marketing Specialist to monitor and track performance, provide key findings and utilize the results to refine and improve on-going and future projects
- Closely work with team members and clients to ensure that the typography and design are regularly updated and accurate, including review and approval of all changes submitted through management systems
- Ensure clients measurably grow their digital presenceKeep marketing creative relevant by researching design trends, technical tools, and applications in key channels such as mobile, social media, etc.
- Train a small team of interns to manage multiple accounts communicate with the sales team to follow up with clients' marketing requests and campaign progress
Qualifications:- Chinese speaking, reading, and typing skills are required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in creating and managing social media campaigns, preferably within the retail sector.
- Demonstrated strong social media technical skills (photography, video editing, graphic design, etc.)
- Comfortable with and fluent in a wide range of social media platforms and with content management systems; understanding of key performance indicators and industry best practices
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Wix.com
- Able to take initiative to solve problems effectively and proactively
- Able to accomplish tasks before deadlines and under pressure
- Able to organize multiple tasks with priority and detail-oriented
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team and as an individual
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Education Requirement:- Degree in Design or Marketing is required
- An advanced degree will be an advantageProfessional work experience can be a substitute for degree depending on the person
