This is a great opportunity to work as a (junior) real estate agent with one of the fastest growing and top producing brokerage teams at Town Residential in Midtown Manhattan. Qualified candidates must be detail oriented, and well organized with a strong interest in real estate or real estate investment. Ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power point) as well as office equipment, including copiers/scanners etc. is a must. New York State real estate license and some real estate experience in Manhattan market is required. At least one agent should be able to speak fluent Chinese (Mandarin). Financial Investment/Real Estate/Architectural background preferred. There is great potential to earn substantial income depending on individual performance and performance of Team.
Responsibilities Include (but may not be limited to)
- Answering and placing phone calls, and responding to emails
- Assisting with marketing campaigns to generate new exclusive listings and drive the sale of properties
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist in arranging, coordinating, scheduling catered broker open houses and regular open houses
- Assisting with preparation of listing presentations and new development proposals
- Liaison with marketing and social media personnel
- Assist in establishing and maintaining media and public relations relationships for team
- Assist in development and upkeep of contact database
- Assist in managing daily tasks
- Assist in arranging team sponsored events
- Coordinate all necessary paperwork and facilitate communication with corporate office
- Data entry, collection and analysis
- Press Release Distribution
- Drafting and editing materials and correspondence
- Showing properties
