Job Description:-Manage/service a book of business within the Property & Casualty -Commercial & Personal Lines Department
-Remarket accounts upon renewal to our direct markets and to our broad array of wholesalers to obtain the most competitive quotes with the best coverage's
-Ensure accounts renew in a timely fashion without a lapse in coverage
-Interact with clients on an everyday basis
-Process Certificate Requests, Policy Checking, Recommendations, Auto-ID cards etc...
-Accept and process endorsement requests from policyholders -Provide recommendations made by the carrier to the policyholder and forward compliances to the carrier upon completion of the recommendations.
-Maintain data integrity for underwriting system.
-Maintain relationships with Agency Producer & Underwriters at our direct carriers and wholesalers
-Meet all department servicing objectives including phone management, renewal management, file maintenance and documentation, etc.
Ideal Candidate:-2/ years' experience in servicing & remarketing commercial property/casualty accounts for an Insurance Agency.
-Familiarity with current regulatory requirements and product knowledge.
-High school degree and/or equivalent related work experience.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficient in office operations, computer software skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
