Customer Relationship Associate
We are a mobile internet project based on the sharing economy model (
www.exwys.com). We have multiple teams in China, USA, Canada and other countries. At present, we are looking for a new customer relationship assistant in New York area to join our team.
The perfect candidate should have 1 to 2 years of customer relationship experience, and an undergraduate degree. Knowledge of the Chinese culture/language is required.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Put the customer first by answering inbound calls on the first ring and delivering a good experience. Manage the team’s voicemail and chat functions daily, keeping the team updated on outstanding issues and success stories.
Educate: Continuously stay up-to-speed on our products by attending producer trainings and classes, as available. Use these experiences to educate our customers on our offerings to drive sales.
Demonstrate the power of providing premier customer service to every customer via the phone. Maintain accurate records and work with customers to bring expired accounts up to date.

2丶能及时发现来电客户的需求及意见,并记录整理及汇报
3丶为客户提供完整准确的方案及信息,解决客户问题,提供高质量服务
4丶良好的工作执行力,严格按规范及流程进行工作或相关操作
5丶与同事或主管共享信息,进行知识积累,提供流程改善依据
