Responsibilities of this job:
· Resolves customer concerns by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management and customers
· Consult and recommend changes in products and service by evaluating results and competitive developments.
· Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
· Focus on inside and outside sales, find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc.
· Service existing accounts, obtain leads, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Work as a manager, lead a team
Required work Experience:
· Experience in telemarketing, sales and marketing are a plus
· Fluent in English and prefer other languages (Spanish, Mandarin, South East Asian Languages, Chinese dialects and etc)
· Has driving license and car (plus)
