1. Manage, mentor, and lead small sales teamEnsure that each customer receives a superior service experience

2. Work closely in mentoring/coaching Reservations Agents in additional tasks/responsibilities to optimize advancement opportunities available.

Requirements and Qualifications:
1-3 years’ of sales experience preferredProficient in both English and ChineseA detail-oriented mind and the ability to follow-throughProficiency in ExcelStrong problem solving skillsAbility to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and campaignsDesire to track and report on trends and outcomesStrong work ethic and proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, startup environment.Only need basic Chinese communication skills
