Requirements/Skills: - Must be able to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese fluently - Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, reporting and business correspondence -Basic mathematical skills - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent and creative problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail -Attendance and punctuality is mandatory -Strong basic computer skills, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work in a team, call center environment takes 50 calls per day.
