Job Summary: Serve as the point of contact for all support aspects with customers, sales agents, and other processing offices.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service by; being patience, troubleshooting, resolving issues, follow-up and providing customer feedback
- Ensure that issues are escalated appropriately to internal departments and management
- Work on various special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Skills:
- Must be able to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese fluently
- Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, reporting and business correspondence -Basic mathematical skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail -Attendance and punctuality is mandatory -Strong basic computer skills, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a team, call center environment takes 50 calls per day.
