Position: Full Time Sales Associate
Location: SkyView Mall in Flushing NY
Work Days: 5 Days a week
Hours: 40 hrs/Week, 11 am - 7pm
Pay Period: Weekly direct deposit
Pay rate: Hourly based Commission

We are a Range hood company looking for a sales
associate to handle the daily Sales and operations of our kiosk located at a
mall. We are looking for a well-mannered, highly motivated and highly
articulate individual to sell range hoods and other kitchenware items. Since
this is a small kiosk, the sales associate will be working alone and the
success of the kiosk as well as the sales associate will largely be dependent
on their overall sales skill. We provide based hourly rate Commission as well
as 1.5x/Hour for Certain Holidays.
Requirements:

Must speak fluent Chinese Both Mandarin and
Cantonese, English is a plus

Must be able to read and write Chinese

Must have prior Sales experience
-
Must be able to work weekends
-
Must be comfortable working with mobile devices
such as IPAD


Responsibilities:
-
Maintaining a clean and presentable kiosk
-
Demonstrate excellent product
knowledge
-
Adhere to the Opening and
closing procedure of the kiosk
-
Provide exceptional customer service from point
of purchase to post purchase
-
Meet or exceed established store and individual
sales and performance goals daily

Hand out marketing materials to customers
walking by
-
Communicate daily with main office with feedback
regarding kiosk operations and buyers’ habits.
