Position Summary:
The Lecturer (full/part time) assists with the teacher lead in test assessment and curriculum design related to standardized tests. Major responsibilities include instructing lessons on individual basis, developing, and tailoring lessons to customized needs. We have high expectations regarding teaching quality and ability to work cooperatively and independently
Core Responsibilities:
Giving instruction for exams, including SSAT, SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT, GRE, etc.
Provide immediate feedback to students and their parents based on student’s performance.
Create a learning-friendly environment for students.
Assist with the academic director to keep the curricula updated.
Requirements
Minimum one-year experience of teaching in related fields，ESL(English as Second Language)/ELL (English Language Learner) Certificate preferred.
Master degree, educational background preferred. Majors include but not limit to: Curriculum and Design, Higher Education, Secondary Education, etc.
Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese. Passionate about teaching. Experienced with student-centered pedagogy.
