What’s the role:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a diverse marketing experience to join our team and will be based in New York City. We are looking for a creative, innovative, organized and all around brilliant professional ready to jump in. The ideal candidate will be passionate about joining a startup and would thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

What you bring to the table:

* Look for, acquire, process and distribute market intelligence attained through secondary market research data, as well as Menusifu-sponsored primary research and survey data in both B2C and B2B market segments.
* Interface with and provide marketing support to Menusifu’s Chinese-style Restaurant market sales team by designing, launching, and managing marketing and sales-driven programs and promotions specifically for that market.
* Interface with product planning, sales and merchandising teams to provide input for designing and/or improving products based on feedback from the field, consumer trends, and available expert opinions.
* Interface routinely with the creative resources inside or outside of the company to help create more appealing collateral and assets for marketing products and services.
* Manage company’s social media activities and PR activities , and handle Social Media strategy on daily basis.
* Share the responsibilities of orchestrating successful national tradeshows with other Menusifu marketing managers in US and internationally.
* Manage market-specific marketing activities and programs across physical locations and channels including online, offline, media, partnerships, community, and more.
* Provide marketing training to new hires and leverage available marketing resources to other employees
* Participate actively in go-to-market and product launch activities for new locations and new offerings, including messaging, launch plans, budgets, and execution.

Who will be the best fit:

* BA, BS or higher degree in Marketing, Public Relation, or other relevant major is required.
* At least 3-5 years of marketing experience is required. Experience in press and media relations is preferred
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to present and train is required.
* Experience in digital marketing media, including social media and blogging is preferred.
* Proficiency with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and experience with Salesforce and Hub Spot is preferred.
* Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, including inbound marketing, offline marketing, and marketing automation is preferred.
* Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
