INTRODUCTIONS:
Eazzy is looking for a Financial Operation Assistant who will work directly with the manager in order to assist in daily office works. We are often overwhelmed with workload, so the desired candidate needs to be positive and possess creative problem solving skill, people skill, phone skill and a desire to learn and assist with everyday operations. The primary responsibilities of this position are document preparation, financial servicing and review of client accounts. The right candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Follow up on all leads and maintain a very active pipeline daily.
Prepare documentation and provide solutions to clients.
Duties Include:
• Assist in everyday office operation
• Greet clients and direct them to the scheduled appointment
• Answer phone calls, transfer and take message if necessary
• Filling out forms and collecting documents from clients over the phone, email or in person
• Organize files and prepare packages for the managers
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Basic English skills
• Bright and Positive personality, “can do” attitude and perseverance to finish tasks
• General Phone Skills
• General Computer skill and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge
BANKING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, and other loan operations experience and knowledge of lending procedures and regulatory guidelines is preferred.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred
Must be BILIGUAL (English and CHINESE)
Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION
Compensation:
Starting $24,000 plus bonus.
