Company going through insane growth, need a staff accountant for long term growth

What You Will Be Doing
-Enter accounts payable invoices, prepare payments, and reconcile sub-ledger to GL
-Enter accounts receivable invoices, apply for payment, prepare AR Aging, and reconcile to GL
-Participate in key close processes including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis:
-AR, AP, prepaid, fixed assets, intercompany payables/receivables, deferred rent, etc.
-Prepare transactions and supporting schedules to comply with internal policies and GAAP
-Support continuous improvements and automation efforts for accounting and finance
-Maintain existing internal controls and advise on the implementation of new controls
-Assist with audit requests, including quarterly reviews and annual audit
-Perform other accounting, financial or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time
What You Need for this Position
The ideal candidate will have
- 1 to 3 years of corporate experience
- On their way or have their CPA
- Startup experience
- Must be Bilingual in Chinese/English
