You'll learn the ins and outs of quality customer service, participate in training activities and most of all - you'll learn the business. Nobody will make you fetch coffee or waste your time on meaningless tasks. This is a hands-on position that can lead to full-time employment. Primary Duties & Responsibilities • Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries from prospective and existing customers • Welcome and identified customers’ need • Helps resolve complicated customer complaints • Assist customers with billing inquiries and payments • Check account status for customers • Explain company products, mission, and services to customers • Help customers answer all questions.
