Hello, my roommate and I are looking for someone to take over our lease. I am leaving the country and my roommate will likely be moving to the West Coast. What do you love about this place?
The patio is truly a rare gem in NYC - 400 Sq ft and already comes with furniture. The building is a new luxury building, extremely helpful staff and is very conveniently located (10min walk to k-town, 5min walk to Bryant Park, Manhattan. 5min walk to NQRW, 7, E, 123 subway lines. Lower floor unit in a new luxury building so you need to access the rooftop for the full views :)
