We need a Marketing Intern to join our real estate team.

Our office features a modern industrial loft style co-working environment designed to stimulate thinking and working together, state of the art technology, views, and the strongest real estate programs.

Qualified individuals must have a strong interest in real estate and be self motivated. You will work with top real estate producers in a group environment and will gain valuable real estate marketing experience, the closing process of purchasing and selling real estate, learn about commercial deals, bank owned properties, and more.

We are only hiring one special person for this job. The space will go quickly so only if you are TRULY serious with yourself about this and fully committed do I ask you to apply. If you do not have a burning desire to achieve and fulfill more from life and your career this probably is not for you.

Preferred candidates skills and qualities:

- Authorized to work in the U.S.(CPT/OPT welcome);
- Online marketing skills;
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required;
- Friendly/Cheerful Phone Etiquette;
- Experience using Microsoft Excel;
- Attention to detail;
- Proactive, driven, positive attitude;
- Highly Motivated;
- Organized.

Daily Tasks include:

- Marketing real estate online and through mail;
- Create niche marketing lists from various sources and append data;
- Working with buyers and sellers of real estate;
- Setting Appointments & Answering Phones;
- Creating Online Advertising;
- Create & Update Social Media content (Twitter, Facebook,Wchat);
- Working with company marketing materials;
- Using social media to promote and grow the company;
- Learning and working with investment properties;
- Researching deeds and property information;
- Working with technology, virtual staging, drones, video marketing, virtual open house.

Will be also be participating in our weekly hands on company real estate mentorship & education to further expand their real estate knowledge
