Job Purpose:
The Production Manager Assistant support and assist Production Manager as directed.

Assist the Production Manager as directedFollow up the production planAddress customer service as neededManage purchasing, inventory, maintenance and other operational functionsDevelop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievementMaintains Quality Standards
Embraces the Quality Management System in all activitiesApplies internal quality procedures to support Company’s goal and customer standardsAssists in documenting and driving resolution of customer concerns and complaintsContributes to Team & Company
Exhibits a can-do attitude and willingness to learn new tasks quicklyMaintains open lines of communication between associates, departments, and locationsAvoids crisis by completing required work on timeQualification requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to accomplish each essential job result satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
1. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Science
2. LANGUAGE SKILLS
Bilingual: English and Chinese
3. COMPUTER SKILLS
Maintain high level Microsoft Excel and Word processing skills.
Physical Demands
The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision Abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
