Duties: 1. Fill DOB online forms - DOBNOW, E-filing and etc. 2. Fill all requirement forms to other departments of needed. 3. Prepare building department or construction related letters and documents when needed. 4. Travel to governmental agencies in NYC or long island to submit documents occasionally. 5. Answer phone calls in the office. 6. Schedule meetings, site visits, inspections and etc. to office calendar. Requirements: 1. Strong verbal and communication skills. 2. Very organized. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including word and excel. 4. Fast learner. 5. Responsible, professional and has great work ethic.
