Poor and Unprofessional services!! The people who were sent to help me to move were so NOT professional at all. They did not provide me a mattress cover. They just wrapped my mattress with a clear wrap, and only wrapped HALF mattress. The most important thing was that they even forgot to pick up bed frame screws. I found the bag on the floor before i left my old apartment!!! When we all arrived to my place, they could not find a parking spot, so only one man to move the stuff and to try to assemble the bed, another man just drove around. That man asked me to carry the stuff to my apartment. But he even did not know how to assemble the bed. He lost the screws, tried to play around with my bed with wrong tools. After 45 minutes, i had to look at the truck to let another man to fix my bed. My bed was screwed up with the first man who tried to assemble it. Also there are some marks on my bed frame. And I had to assemble my desk as well, even thought it was easy to do it. But what is the point to hire people helping me moving if I had to move my stuff and assemble my furniture by myself?
