A top, boutique law firm in NYC seeks an experienced, bilingual paralegal to join its immigraiton litigation practice. The incumbent will support the managing partner and other attorneys in preparing and submitting immigration petitions to the courts, USCIS, and NVC.

Minimum requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree (paralegal studies preferred)
 1 year of experience (immigration and/or litigation preferred)
 Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and oral
 Strong organization skills for electronic and hardcopy filing
 High-level attention to detail
 Advanced communication and writing skills for interacting with clients and drafting,
proofreading, and editing court documents and correspondence
 Excellent time-management skills for multitasking and prioritizing
 Commitment to social justice and providing exceptional customer service
 Reliability and punctuality
