要求：
1，必须有纽约州房地产经纪执照，或者短期内可以考取到执照。
2，必须要有一定的销售经验，可以是从零售、服务业、或其他行业的销售经验。
3，年轻形象佳，35岁以下！我们是一支年轻人的团队。待人接物必须有亲和力，有销售能力。
4，肯吃苦，可以不厌其烦地带客人看房，一周至少五天。
5，最好已经有一定的房地产经验。
