LUO BA WANG" is a registered trademark of GB Green Gastronome LLC in the US Federal Trademark Office, Reg. No. 5.925.053. We authorize May Flower International, Inc. exclusively distributes "LUO BA WANG" Baking Dried Rice Noodles in the United States (including online and offline), with the Trademark Registration number and authorize distributor printed on the bag.
Any company, supermarket, or individual that sells “LUO BA WANG "Baking Dried Rice Noodles" in the United States that is not from May Flower International, Inc. is illegal, and the products they sell are fake, inferior and counterfeit. All sales entities and their shareholders, managers and affiliates will be listed as defendants in the Federal Court and will be punished by the Federal Court: Recovery Sales profit and fines of more than 3 times. Anyone who misled and confuses the public on May Flower International, Inc.’s Baking Dried Rice Noodles of "LUO BA WANG” will also be a defendant in court.
