We are a high end millwork, stone fabricate and Kitchen & bath showroom company located in Park slope. Our primary focus is on custom cabinets and mill work, custom stone work, but we also provide design services and interior construction. Requirements/Responsibilities: *Take phone calls and transfer to appropriate department * Greeting walking in and record customers information. * inform shop receivers for delivery receiving and help customer pickups. *According company order schedule rules to set up appointments and paper works for deliveries and installations and make record in Google calendar ; RECEIVES and Scans CUSTOMERS OR CLIECNTS SIGHED JOB COMPLETEFORM OR SIGNED PACKLIST RECEIVED BY CUSTOMERS OR CLIENTS AND TRANSFER FILES TO ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT. * tracking on Purchase orders and put in Google calendar for expecting receiving date. Keep received packing list with PO# then transfer files to accounting. * TRACKING WORKSHEETS INSIDE MILLWORK SHOP AND STONE SHOP THEN ANSWER CLIENTS PHONE / EMAIL ENQUERIES FOR ORDER STATUS. * TAKE RECORD FOR CUSTOMER OR CLIENTS NEED TO DO CUSTUMER SERVICES AND TRANSFER TO appropriate DEPARTMENT TO PROCESS.
* Passionate on communicating, coordinating, negotiating * Strong communicating skills in writing and specking * Basic knowledge in Quickbooks and business operation * good organized filing habit, computer and scanning skill * Reliable and Punctual * Short commute ( Brooklyn) * English Chinese bilingual prefer
