A top, boutique immigration law firm in NYC downtown seeks an experienced, bilingual full time paralegal to join itslitigation practice. The incumbent will support the managing partner and other attorneys inpreparing and submitting immigration petitions to the courts, USCIS, and NVC.

Minimum requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree (paralegal studies preferred)
2. One year of experience (immigration and/or litigation preferred)
3. Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and oral
4. Strong organization skills for electronic and hardcopy filing
5. High-level attention to detail
6. Advanced communication and writing skills for interacting with clients and drafting, proofreading, and
editing court documents and correspondence
7. Excellent time-management skills for multi-tasking and prioritizing
8. Commitment to social justice and providing exceptional customer service
9. Reliability and punctuality
