Business Development Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Deal sourcing - utilize resources such as MLS and local brokers to identify investment deals with profit potential.
· Marketing analysis - research and analysis of local areas to support decision making.
· Relationship management - development new and maintain existing relationship to establish sustainable deal funnel.
· Public relations - Continue to work with the management of the company and externa vendors and partners to introduce more business opportunities.
· Event Planning and design - Work closely with the management team to design and plan promotional events, online or offline for businesses and brands the company involves. Brainstorm and execute event design ideas such as social media promotion & management, videos, flyers, etc.
· Assistant to the management - Assist the management to form ongoing business development and daily operations.
Skills Required:
· Storytelling ability, strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
· Basic knowledge of finance, marketing, and business development
· All academic backgrounds are welcomed to apply. Finance, accounting, advertising, marketing, public relations and management majors are plus but not required
· Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)



Project Manager Assistant
Responsibilities:
· Project management - Act as the project manager of the assigned project. Project progress, budget and resource coordination and report.
· Vendor coordination - Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
· Property Management - For property management type project, support the property management team on regular management activities and coordinate with tenants on a needed basis.
· Assistant to the management - Assist the management for daily operations including document organizations, review and processing, expense management, financial and accounting support, and logistics support.
Skills Required:
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Basic knowledge of financial analysis and project management
· IT and AutoCAD skills are a plus but not required
· All academic backgrounds are welcomed to apply. Civil engineering or related major is a plus, but not required
· Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
