Finance Business Partner job description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team! As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial and accounting procedures that support the performance of our finance team.
Finance Business Partner duties and responsibilities:
· Supporting the development and implementation of best financial practices
· Assisting with the financial forecasting
· Managing and achieving the financial targets and objectives
· Providing financial analysis to business unit management
· Supporting the financial decision and budget process
· Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget
· Supporting the preparation of management reports
· Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Finance Business Partner requirements and qualifications:
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong negotiation skills
· Strong multitasking skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Strong presentation skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to work independently
