Our company is looking for one qualifying customer support in back office. The candidate has to be in NYC or NJ. If qualified, we can spouse you H1B.

Qualifications :
· Bilingual in Chinese and English is required;
· Self-motivated with positive attitude;
· Ability to work independently without constant supervision;
· Good Communication Skills;
· Previous experience in the Merchant Service industry a PLUS;

Responsibilities:
· Taking care of customers' phone calls and complains;
· maintain quality relationships with both potential clients and existing clients;
· maintain relationships with affiliate offices;
· Be responsive to client’s needs and work to foster the growth of our business over time;
· Create and maintain marketing programs to increase sales.
