With the rapid growth and development of the company, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced eBay eCommerce Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on our eBay platform, ensuring smooth operations and driving sales growth.

Job description:
Manage eBay storefront
Upload products and manage listing and advertising
Ensure an engaging and user-friendly online shopping experience
Monitor and analyze company performance and competitors' performance metrics to identify areas of improvement/opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional team to coordinate marketing and promotional activities
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and disputes in a timely and professional manner
Set up sales goals and provide solutions
Analyze operations and optimize standard operating procedures (SOP)


Requirements:
1+ years of experience in the field of eCommerce
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in managing eBay commerce operations with a proven history of achieving successful outcomes
Thorough understanding and knowledge of eBay's policies and seller guidelines
Proficiency in utilizing eBay Seller Hub and other relevant tools associated with the platform
Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with industrial wholesale products (preferred)
Bilingual in Mandarin (preferred)


Pay: $55,000- $60,000 (estimated)
