Position Title: RN- HHA Instructor (Bilingual English/Chinese)


Location: Bayside, NY (in person)
$500.00 per class


PER DIEM
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5:30 pm (weekends as needed)

Position Summary:
The RN-HHA Instructor is responsible for the delivery of comprehensive training programs to assist students get the HHA Certification/PCA Certification in accordance with DOH regulations. The position will require both hands on and classroom training.


Responsibilities:
- Manage the orientation, teaching and evaluating of DOH Approved HHA and PCA Certification courses.
- Assess students through exams, demos, and clinical evaluationsTraining, inspiring, and motivating others to provide exceptional home care
- Developing, coordinating, and conducting the Home Health training program, and in-service training programs
- Maintaining a training program that is following quality management, department of health and safety standards.


Job Qualifications:
- Must be a valid Registered Nurse licensed in New York State, preferably with two (2) years' experience.
- 1 year of home care experienceMust be bilingual in English/Chinese
- Previous experience as RN Instructor helpful


Work Location:
- In Person (office-based)
- Requires flexibility to accommodate class schedule


Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to carry, lift, push or pull at least 20lb
