The incumbent will support the managing partner and other attorneys in preparing and submitting immigration petitions to the courts and USCIS.

Candidates requirements:
 MUST have at least a Bachelor's degree (paralegal studies preferred)
 MUST be Fluently speaking and writing in both English and Chinese(Mandarin)
 Preferred to have at least 1 year experience in immigration or litigation
 Commitment to social justice and providing exceptional customer service
 Advanced communicating skills with clients and law firm team.
 Advanced writing skills for drafting, proofreading, and editing court documents and correspondence
 Excellent time-management skills for multitasking and prioritizing
 High-level attention to details
 Strong organization skills for electronic and hardcopy filing
