Chery Equipment Group is a US distributor of globally recognized heavy equipment and industrial product.
We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Forklift, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to ensure inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track shipping and delivery times. The ideal candidate is able to lead a team and create a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
*Provide a safe and clean environment for warehouse employees by managing, organizing, and training warehouse employees
*Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general warehouse maintenance
*Responsible for inspecting products when the containers unload
*Daily warehouse yard management; formulate procedures to track and manage the flow of inventory
*Train all new warehouse employees

Qualifications:
*Experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
*High School Diploma or equivalent
*Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
*Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
*Proficiency with SAP, ERP, WMS systems
*Knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety (Preferred)
*Bilingual in Mandarin and English


Salary: $50,000-$60,000
