因业务拓展,现寻求高效务实的运营助理,协助总经理协调工厂两大项目的日常运作。
*******岗位职责*******
1.工厂及仓库管理
- 负责POD印刷工厂的日常运营,保证设备维护和安全生产。
- 协助经理监督电气维修车间,确保工作效率和质量。
- 优化仓库库存管理(包括电气零件、印刷材料和成品),减少损失。
- 订单进出管理、受理、登记制度、调拨、发货等,确保及时性和准确性。
2.团队合作
协助经理招聘、培训、管理维修人员及仓库员工;协调排班、任务分配等。
3.订单及客户协调
· 跟踪电器维修订单及POD订单生产过程进度,确保准时交付。
· 处理突发事件(如设备故障,供应链延误等),与销售客服团队及各平台协作,提高客户满意度。
4.流程优化
协助经理制定并执行标准化操作流程(SOP),提高维修效率及印刷品控。
*******职位要求*******
经验:至少 2年运营相关工作经验(制衣、贸易、维修、电商运营、仓储管理或服装行业相关经验皆可,电商相关行业优先)
学历:本科及以上学历
技能: 熟练使用库存管理软件(前期提供培训)和Microsoft Office; 具备机械/印刷设备维护的基本知识者优先。
素质:
- 执行力强,能适应快节奏的多任务环境。
- 沟通能力强,善于跨部门协作。
要求:中英文流利,必须有美国工作许可。

We are a diversified company with two major business divisions: 1. Small Appliance Repair and Refurbishment Service: Focus on
Environmentally friendly regeneration and functional restoration of small appliances. 2. Custom Printed Finished T-shirts (POD Factory): Provide on-demand printing services, cooperate with cross-border e-commerce to meet the needs of the personalized clothing market.
Due to business expansion, we are now looking for an efficient and pragmatic operations assistant to assist the general manager in coordinating the daily operations of the two major projects of the factory.
********Job Responsibilities*******
1. Factory and Warehouse Management
- Responsible for the daily operations of the POD printing factory, ensuring equipment maintenance and safe production.
- Assist the manager to supervise the electrical repair workshop to ensure work efficiency and quality.
- Optimize warehouse inventory management (including electrical parts, printing materials and finished products) to reduce losses.
- Order entry and exit management, acceptance, registration system, transfer, delivery, etc. to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
2. Teamwork
Assist the manager in recruiting, training, and managing maintenance personnel and warehouse staff; coordinate shift scheduling, task allocation, etc.
3. Order and customer coordination
· Track the progress of the production process of electrical appliance maintenance orders and POD orders to ensure on-time delivery.
· Handle emergencies (such as equipment failure, supply chain delays, etc.), collaborate with the sales customer service team and various platforms to improve customer satisfaction.
4. Process optimization
Assist the manager in formulating and implementing standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to improve maintenance efficiency and printing quality control.
*******Job requirements*******
Experience: At least 2 years of operation-related work experience (garment making, trade, maintenance, e-commerce operations, warehouse management or clothing industry-related experience is all possible, e-commerce-related industries are preferred)
Education: Bachelor degree or above
Skills: Proficient in inventory management software (training provided in advance) and Microsoft Office; Basic knowledge of mechanical/printing equipment maintenance is preferred.
Qualities:
- Strong execution ability and able to adapt to a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
- Strong communication skills and good at cross-departmental collaboration.
Requirements: Fluent in Chinese and English, must have a US work permit.
