Job Description:

Chery Industrial is seeking a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to support the CEO and daily operations at the NY headquarters. This role requires strong initiative, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

*Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and deliver them to the appropriate team members.
*Receive and process purchase orders.
*Issue sales transaction invoices.
*Greet clients and visitors professionally; coordinate with Warehouse Associates for pickups and deliveries.
*Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
*Track incoming payments and allocate by building project and/or department.
*Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to resolve billing issues.
*Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
*Keep the office refrigerator stocked with water for clients.
*Order parts for Chery Forklift as needed; track orders and notify the Equipment Director upon arrival.
*Assist with booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
*Handle timekeeping records for the Director of Building Projects.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field required.
*Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, construction, or industrial setting.
*Bilingual in Mandarin (REQUIRED)
*Proficient in communication with a strong emphasis on both written and verbal skills.
*Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications.
*Exceptional attention to detail in tasks and responsibilities.
*Proven ability to manage and excel in a high-volume work environment.
