We are hiring several professional and motivated field engineer leads who are team players and fast learners, and able to deliver precise and detailed work in daily basis.
Job Location: Santa Clara, CA
Responsibilities:
1. Work with the customer operation and maintenance teams to complete server installation, deployment, troubleshooting, and normal operation monitoring.
2. Install and configure from the data link layer to the network layer of the whole network system in the data center.
3. Supervise server support specialists to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
4. Asset management of field devices
Requirements:
1. Experienced in server installation and network configuration
2. Familiar with TCP/IP, switching, routing, and optical communication technology
3. 3+ years work experience in maintenance & operation at an IDC or Network Center
4. Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving abilities
5. Must have at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
6. Must be fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
