Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Eastvale, California
Reporting to: Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for daily warehouse operations and personnel management, optimizing inventory layout and operational processes;
Developing and implementing inventory safety and counting systems to ensure inventory accuracy;
Monitoring key warehouse metrics (breakage rate, delivery timeliness, accuracy, etc.);
Coordinating with the domestic customer service team and the warehouse operations team to improve cross-departmental communication;
Participating in warehouse upgrades and automation projects to promote process optimization;

Job Requirements
Legal U.S. work permit
College degree (major in logistics, supply chain management preferred);
At least two years of warehousing or logistics management experience, with experience in cross-border e-commerce or overseas warehousing preferred;
Proficiency in Excel, WMS, and related systems;
Fluent in both Chinese and English

Salary and Benefits
Monthly Salary: USD $5,000 - $7,500;
Health Insurance; Paid Vacation (two weeks of paid annual leave); Paid Sick Leave;

汇报对象：仓库经理

主要工作职责
负责仓库日常运营与人员管理，优化库位布局与操作流程；
制定并执行库存安全与盘点制度，确保库存准确率；
监控仓储关键指标（破损率、发货时效、准确率等）；
协调国内客服团队与仓库操作团队，提升跨部门沟通效率；
参与仓储升级、自动化项目，推进流程优化；

任职要求
具备美国合法工作身份
大学学历（物流、供应链管理等专业优先）；
至少2年仓储或物流管理经验，有跨境电商或海外仓经验优先；
熟练使用Excel、WMS及相关系统；
中英文流利

薪资与福利
月薪：USD $5,000 － $7,500；
