We are seeking a bilingual (Chinese & English) Marketing role with experience in chain restaurants to lead brand promotion, customer acquisition, and integrated online/offline marketing execution in NYC.
*岗位职责 Key Responsibilities
负责门店及品牌整体市场推广策略制定与执行 Develop and execute marketing strategies for restaurant locations and brand growth
策划开业活动、节日促销、本地合作与社区营销 Plan store openings, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and local community marketing
管理社交媒体运营(小红书/TikTok/Instagram等)及内容推广 Oversee social media and content marketing across key platforms
对接KOL、媒体资源、餐饮平台及第三方推广渠道 Coordinate with influencers, media, delivery platforms, and marketing partners
分析营销效果与数据,持续优化获客成本与转化率 Track performance metrics and optimize customer acquisition ROI
与运营团队协作,提升门店客流与品牌一致性 Collaborate with operations to improve loyalty, and brand consistency
*任职要求 Qualifications
1年以上连锁餐饮/零售行业市场推广经验 1+ years of marketing experience in chain restaurants or retail
熟悉纽约本地餐饮市场及主流推广渠道 Strong understanding of NYC restaurant ecosystem and marketing channels
中英文流利,可进行商务沟通与文案输出 Fluent in both Chinese & English
有活动策划、品牌推广、社媒增长经验者优先 Experience in event marketing, branding, and social growth preferred
执行力强,能从0到1推动项目落地 Highly hands-on, able to execute campaigns end-to-end
